Donnie Moore joins Gulfport Energy as COO

Donnie Moore has joined Gulfport Energy Corp., Oklahoma City, as chief operating officer.

He had been vice-president of Texas operations for the Eagle Ford and Delaware basin assets at Noble Energy Inc., where he had worked since 2007.

He earlier worked at ARCO Oil & Gas Co., Vastar Resources, and BP America.
