Total Group re-elects Desmarest

HOUSTON, May 24 -- At their recent annual meeting the shareholders of the Total Goup voted to re-elect Thierry Desmarest as director for another 3-year term.

Desmarest was also re-elected by the board of directors as chairman and CEO.
