Plains All American strengthens senior management with industry veterans

John F. Russell has been appointed by the board of Houston-based Plains All American Pipeline LP to the position of vice-president, pipeline operations and James B. Fryfogle to the position of vice-president, lease operations.

HOUSTON, July 14 -- John F. Russell has been appointed by the board of Houston-based Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. to the position of vice-president, pipeline operations and James B. Fryfogle to the position of vice-president, lease operations.

Russell joined Mobil Pipe Line Co. in 1974 and since 1999 has served as vice-president, business development and joint interest for ExxonMobil Pipeline Company.

Fryfogle joined Marathon Oil Co. in 1975. Prior to his joining Plains All American earlier this year, Fryfogle served as manager, crude supply and trading for Marathon Ashland Petroleum.
