Alliance Pipeline announces leadership transition

HOUSTON, Dec. 22 -- Calgary-based Alliance Pipeline Ltd. announced that Murray Birch has joined as interim president.
Birch brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, most recently as senior vice-president, business development with Duke Energy (formerly Westcoast Energy).
