Pebercan announces changes to its management

HOUSTON, June 15 -- Pebercan Inc., Montreal, named Gilles Frachon president and CEO succeeding Michel Reybier.

Succeeding Frachon as vice-president, finances, the board of directors has appointed Veronique Jallabert who, prior to this nomination, was administration manager.
