HOUSTON, Nov. 2 -- American Refining Group (ARG), Bradford, Pa., named William F. Murray manager, crude oil operations—western division.

Prior to joining ARG, Murray was president, Murray Energy, a consulting firm that provided operational and exploration services to the oil and gas industry.
