Occidental Petroleum Corp. appointed James M. Lienert president of the company's wholly owned chemical subsidiary, Occidental Chemical Corp.
By OGJ editors HOUSTON, Mar. 3 -- Occidental Petroleum Corp. appointed James M. Lienert president of the company's wholly owned chemical subsidiary, Occidental Chemical Corp.
Lienert also was elected a vice president of Occidental, succeeding John L. Hurst, who is retiring on Dec. 31.
After joining OxyChem in 1974, Lienert has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in the finance area with OxyChem and Occidental.
