Kelvin Tang has been elevated to chief executive officer of KrisEnergy Ltd. of Singapore, effective Sept. 1. He currently serves as chief operating officer and president of the company’s Cambodian operations.
Jeffrey S. MacDonald will resign as interim chief executive officer and executive director, effective Aug. 31.
Tang led negotiations with the Cambodian government on the Block A petroleum agreement (OGJ Online, Aug. 23, 2017). He has been in the upstream industry since 2005 when he joined Pearl Energy Ltd. as general counsel and company secretary.
