Range Resources subsidiaries get new names

HOUSTON, Oct. 5 -- Range Resources Corp. Ft. Worth, has changed the names of two wholly owned subsidiaries.

Great Lakes Energy Partners LLC is now Range Resources—Appalachia LLC. The company holds 2.5 million net acres under lease in the Appalachian basin and operates more than 11,000 wells in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, and New York.

Pine Mountain Oil & Gas Inc. is now Range Resources—Pine Mountain Inc. It controls more than 300,000 net acres and owns interests in more than 1,500 wells in Virginia and West Virginia.
