Ness Energy appoints executive

HOUSTON, Sept. 5 -- Anthony Allenby has been appointed chairman, president, and chief executive of Ness Energy International Inc., a Weatherford, Tex., independent with interest in Texas and a special focus on Israel.

Allenby succeeds Sha Stephens, who has resigned. He is an international investor and business consultant previously based in England.
