Stinson named Quest Oil president, chief executive

Quest Oil Corp. Chief Operating Officer William Stinson has been appointed president and chief executive.

HOUSTON, Feb. 28 -- Quest Oil Corp. Chief Operating Officer William Stinson has been appointed president and chief executive. He succeeds Cameron King.

Stinson has more than 28 years of oil and gas experience.
