TrueStar appoints Troy vice-president

TrueStar Petroleum Corp. has appointed Robert W. Troy vice-president, engineering.

HOUSTON, Apr. 28 -- TrueStar Petroleum Corp. has appointed Robert W. Troy vice-president, engineering.

Troy has more than 30 years of upstream oil and gas line and executive management experience, including with Ocean Drilling and Exploration Co. and Consolidated Natural Gas Co. He has held management positions in petroleum engineering, oil and gas production, construction, pipeline, marketing, strategic planning, acquisitions, and information technology.
