Sibneft names vice-president of refining, marketing

HOUSTON, Apr. 3 -- Sibneft appointed Anatoly Cherner vice-president of refining and marketing.
Prior to his appointment, Cherner served as vice-president of Slavneft. Before that, he worked at the Sheripov Grozny refinery for about 17 years.
