Canada independent names Guatemala office manager

HOUSTON, Mar. 20 -- TrueStar Petroleum Corp., Vancouver, BC, appointed Victor Daniel Aguilar as general manager of TrueStar Guatemala.

A former director general of hydrocarbons in Guatemala, Aguilar will staff the company's new office in Guatemala City.

Aguilar has 18 years of worldwide experience in the oil and gas industry and has provided services to many energy companies, including Schlumberger IPM, Petdegua SA, Cia Petrolera del Atlantico, and Pam Petroleum.
