Hess names senior vice-president

Hess Corp. has named Gary Boubel senior vice-president, global developments, effective in September. He succeeds Keith Hunter, who is retiring.

HOUSTON, July 2
-- Hess Corp. has named Gary Boubel senior vice-president, global developments, effective in September. He succeeds Keith Hunter, who is retiring.

Boubel joins Hess from BP PLC, where he most recently served as senior vice-president and projects director for the company’s extensive Alaskan operations.

In his 29 years with BP and ARCO, Boubel held leadership positions in every area of development, including design, construction, installation, refurbishment, upgrades, and replacement of facilities.
