Plains All American appoints vice-president

Plains All American Pipeline LP has appointed Samuel N. Brown as vice-president, pipeline business development, effective Oct. 1.

HOUSTON, Sept. 4 -- Plains All American Pipeline LP has appointed Samuel N. Brown as vice-president, pipeline business development, effective Oct. 1.

Brown most recently served as vice-president, commercial downstream, for TEPPCO. He was previously TEPPCO’s vice-president, pipeline marketing and business development, for the upstream segment.
