Texas Southern names chief operating officer

HOUSTON, Jan. 27 -- Texas Southern Oil & Gas has named Jerry Bailey as chief operating officer.

Bailey helped to establish Texas Southern in 2008 and has more than 45 years of engineering and executive experience in the industry. He retired from Exxon Corp., last serving as president, Arabian Gulf.
