V.S. Okhde has been named director (pipelines) of Indian Oil Corp. Ltd., New Delhi, overseeing the state-owned company’s network of 11,000 km of crude oil, products, and natural gas pipelines.

V.S. Okhde has been named director (pipelines) of Indian Oil Corp. Ltd., New Delhi, overseeing the state-owned company’s network of 11,000 km of crude oil, products, and natural gas pipelines. He had been executive director (exploration and production).
