Total appoints GM for Port Arthur refinery

Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA Inc. has appointed Nigel Tranter as general manager of the Port Arthur, Tex., refinery.

Tranter joins the refinery after serving as general manager of Total’s Lindsey refinery at North Killingholme, UK. He has been with the company since 1982.
