ChevronTexaco names executive vice-president, technology and services

ChevronTexaco Corp. has named John Bethancourt, currently vice-president of human resources, to executive vice-president, technology and services, effective July 1.

HOUSTON, June 5 -- ChevronTexaco Corp. has named John Bethancourt, currently vice-president of human resources, to executive vice-president, technology and services, effective July 1.

Bethancourt will succeed Darry Callahan, currently executive vice-president, power, chemicals, and technology. Callahan plans to retire on June 30.
