Aspen Exploration Corp., Denver, has promoted Bob Cohan to president, chief executive officer, and chief financial officer.

HOUSTON, June 4 -- Aspen Exploration Corp., Denver, has promoted Bob Cohan to president, CEO, and chief financial officer.

Cohan has been involved with Aspen for 12 years, formerly holding the position of president, West Coast division.

R.V. Bailey, Aspen's founder and former president, has become vice-president and continues as chairman.
