Michael T. Langston was appointed vice-president, business development, regulatory and supply, for Panhandle Energy, Houston.

HOUSTON, Aug. 1 -- Michael T. Langston was appointed vice-president, business development, regulatory and supply, for Panhandle Energy, Houston.

Langston most recently served as Energy Worx Inc.'s vice-president, customer service and regulatory. Energy Worx is a former subsidiary of the Austin, Tex.-based Southern Union Co., Panhandle's parent corporation.

Langston joined Southern Union in 1986 and has served in various positions of increasing responsibility.
