PA Resources AB, Stockholm, has agreed to divest its North Sea interests to Petrogas E&P, Muscat.
The transaction includes a 24% interest in Danish License 12/06, operated by Dana Petroleum Denmark. The license encompasses a gas-condensate discovery called Broder Tuck and a light oil discovery called Lille John (OGJ Online, Aug. 26, 2011). The transaction also covers exploration licenses offshore the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
PA Resources is liquidating all its assets and has received approval to delist its stock. It has interests not part of the Petrogas deal in Tunisia and Congo (Brazzaville).
