Eni SPA has completed its sale of 12.5% plus one share of construction and drilling contractor Saipen SPA to Fondo Strategico Italiano SpA (OGJ Online, Nov. 4, 2015).
Eni received €463,238,681.60 for the interest. Its interest in Saipem, which had been a wholly owned subsidiary until 1984, is now about 30%.
