MOL Group has acquired Eni Hungaria, which manages 173 Agip-branded service stations and a wholesale business in Hungary.

Excluded from the deal is the seller’s Eni-branded lubricant wholesale business.

MOL will rebrand the Agip stations to its brand. The acquisition increases its retain network to more than 500 service stations in Hungary.
