Canadian 88 names Fleming as new senior vice-president, COO

HOUSTON, July 19 -- Blake C. Fleming has joined Canadian 88 Energy Corp., Calgary, as senior vice-president and chief operating officer.
Fleming comes to Canadian 88 with 23 years of experience in the Canadian upstream oil and gas industry. Most recently, he served as vice-president, Hunter north business unit, at Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd., Calgary.
