Taylor Energy names Pope as president

Taylor Energy Co. has named John A. Pope as president.

HOUSTON, Feb. 10 -- Taylor Energy Co. has named John A. Pope as president.

Pope previously served as chief operating officer and vice-president, operations, for the company. Pope brings 35 years of experience in engineering and management to his new appointment.
