Buckeye buys ExxonMobil's pipeline, terminals

HOUSTON, May 10 -- Buckeye GP LLC, the general partner of Buckeye Partners LP, Emmaus, Pa, has completed its acquisition of a products pipeline system and interests in five terminals from affiliates of ExxonMobil Corp. (OGJ Online, Jan. 25, 2005).

The system delivers products from Valero Energy Corp.'s 166,000-b/cd refinery in Paulsboro, NJ, to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
