HOUSTON, July 15 -- Millennium Pipeline, Fairfax, Va., has named Dick Leehr as president.
Leehr has more than 34 years of pipeline industry experience. He has served in executive capacities in rates and regulatory affairs, marketing, customer services, and major project development for ANR Pipeline Co., a subsidiary of El Paso Energy.
Most recently, he served as president of the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System.
