Deep Rock, private firm to seek production

Deep Rock Oil & Gas Inc., Tulsa, signed a letter of intent with privately owned Washington Gathering Systems Inc. to jointly acquire existing or develop natural gas production in northern Oklahoma.

HOUSTON, Oct. 27 -- Deep Rock Oil & Gas Inc., Tulsa, signed a letter of intent with privately owned Washington Gathering Systems Inc. to jointly acquire existing or develop natural gas production in northern Oklahoma.

Deep Rock Oil & Gas currently has interests in 33 wells, of which it operates 10, in Oklahoma and Texas.
