Reconstituted Sheer Energy becomes Cygam Energy

HOUSTON, Oct. 13 -- Sheer Energy Inc., Calgary, completed the acquisition of Rigo Oil Co. Ltd., Vega Oil SpA, and units of Peyto Energy Trust.

Sheer Energy also changed its name to Cygam Energy Inc. with Dr. Fabrizio Rigo as president and Ali Rawji as chief financial officer.
