HOUSTON, Mar. 14 -- PanOcean Energy Energy Corp. Ltd., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, UK, named Hollis L. Keene as vice-president, operations.

Keene will divide his time between the UK office and the Gabon field office and will oversee an operations cost management program.
