PanOcean names Keene vice-president, operations

HOUSTON, Mar. 18 -- PanOcean Energy Corp. has appointed Hollis L. Keene as vice-president, operations.
Keene will be based in the UK and will divide his time between the company's corporate offices in St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, and the company's field operations in Gabon, where the company is focused on conventional light oil production.
Keene has 35 years of oil and gas production and drilling operations experience.
