Statoil awards Kristin M&M contract

HOUSTON, Feb. 20 -- Statoil ASA has awarded an 80 million kroner modifications and maintenance contract to Norway's Aker Reinertsen for work to be carried out on Kristin field in the Norwegian Sea.
The contract will come into effect when the field begins production on Oct. 1, 2005.
