HOUSTON, Oct. 30 -- Anterra Energy Inc., Calgary, plans an extensive program near an oil discovery in the Judy Creek area of west-central Alberta in 2008, subject to board approval.

Work will include further 3D seismic, up to five Devonian Swan Hills development wells, two Swan Hills exploration wells, and construction of a pipeline.

Anterra said it is placing on production its new pool discovery well at LSD 09-19-62-11w5m at Judy Creek at 300 b/d of oil and trucking the crude to an Anterra pipeline-connected processing facility at Sakwatamau.

The well, in which Anterra holds 100% working interest before payout and 60% after payout, went to TD 2,700 m and tapped a Hills reef.

Anterra also applied for a license to drill and complete a second well before yearend.
