HOUSTON, July 25 -- Technip Oceania Pty. Ltd., West Perth, has let a pipeline and process services (PPS) contract to a division of Halliburton Co. for testing and precommissioning services for the Perseus over Goodwyn (PoG) project, 134 km off northwestern Western Australia.

The 2-month contract starts in November. The PPS work scope will include the preflooding of spools and associated assemblies, riser filling, post tie-in leak testing, bulk dewatering, and an option for umbilical monitoring during lay.

The PoG development is operated by Woodside Energy Ltd., which is further developing the Perseus gas-condensate field via a subsea tieback to the Goodwyn A platform, 15 km northeast of the field.
