Uganda: Tower spuds Rhino Camp basin wildcat

Tower Resources PLC said its Neptune Petroleum (Uganda) Ltd. subsidiary has spudded the Mvule-1 exploratory well on the EA5 block in Uganda just south of the border with South Sudan.

Tower Resources PLC said its Neptune Petroleum (Uganda) Ltd. subsidiary has spudded the Mvule-1 exploratory well on the EA5 block in Uganda just south of the border with South Sudan.

The well, in the Rhino Camp subbasin of the Lake Albert basin, is projected to 620 m. It is the company’s third well on the block after two dry holes.
