Enhanced Oil Resources Inc., Houston, will drill lateral sidetracks as long as 2,000 ft in as many as five wells in Milnesand field in Roosevelt County, NM, and apply multistage fracs in the Permian San Andres formation.

If the laterals show promise, more than 300 locations could be drilled across the company’s 27,000 acres of leases in Milnesand and Chaveroo oil fields where the 40-acre vertical wells have recovered 14% of original oil in place.
