TotalEnergies has signed a 15-year agreement with Air Products for the supply of 70,000 tonnes/year (tpy) of green hydrogen to TotalEnergies’ Northern European refineries.
The contract is a step towards TotalEnergies' objective of reducing net greenhouse gas emissions from its operated oil and gas operations (Scope 1+2) by 40% by 2030 compared to 2015 levels, the company said in a release June 7.
