Aker BP plans North Sea exploration well

Aker BP ASA has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) to drill in the North Sea.

Aker BP ASA has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) to drill in the North Sea.

Exploration well 25/2-24 S will be drilled in production license 873 by the Scarabeo 8 drilling rig.

Aker BP is operator of the license (47.7%) with partners Equinor Energy AS (40%) and LOTOS Exploration and Production Norge AS (12.3%).
