BP OUTLINES GULF DEEPWATER DEVELOPMENT

BP Exploration Western Hemisphere plans to use a four leg jacket instead of an eight leg jacket to develop Mississippi Canyon Block 109 in the ultradeepwater portion of the Gulf of Mexico.
