Aker BP ASA has been granted a permit by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) to drill in the North Sea.

Exploration well 25/4-15 will be drilled in production license 919 by the Scarabeo 8 drilling rig.

Aker BP is operator of the license (80%) with partner ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS (20%).
