PDO awards Oman service contracts to GES

Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) has awarded contracts to National Energy Services Reunited Corp.’s Gulf Energy SAOC (GES) for services in the Sultanate of Oman valued at over $1 billion.

Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) has awarded contracts to National Energy Services Reunited Corp.’s Gulf Energy SAOC (GES) for services in the Sultanate of Oman valued at over $1 billion.

The contract extensions include cementing, coil tubing and stimulation, fishing and milling, and downhole tools contracts for a period up to 9 years, including a main term of 5 years with two possible extensions of 2 years each, with contracts expiring between 2030 and 2032. In addition, a new contract for directional drilling and turbine drilling was awarded for a term of up to 6 years.
