Zennor North Sea Ltd., Guildford, UK, has agreed to purchase an 8.97% working interest in Britannia oil, gas, and condensate field in the UK North Sea from Mitsui E&P UK Ltd. Terms weren’t reported.
The interest is covered by UK Continental Shelf licenses P.213, Block 16/26a, Area B, and P.345 Block 16/26b Area B.
Zennor is developing nearby Finlaggan gas and condensate field (OGJ Online, Aug. 2, 2018).
