Goodrich updates Haynesville operations

Goodrich Petroleum Corp., Houston, has provided updates on its Haynesville shale wells. The Harris-Dickson 14&23 No. 1 well in Thorn Lake field in Red River Parish, La., achieved a 24-hr peak rate of 27.5 MMcfd of gas from 6,100 ft of lateral. Goodrich also has drilled and cased the Loftus 27&22 No. 1 well.

The Harris-Dickson 14&23 No. 1 well (99% working interest) in Thorn Lake field in Red River Parish, La., achieved a 24-hr peak rate of 27.5 MMcfd of gas from 6,100 ft of lateral. With its completion, the company exceeded its yearend guidance of 100 MMcfd of gas equivalent.

Goodrich also has drilled and cased the Loftus 27&22 No. 1 well (93% working interest)—a 7,500-ft lateral in Louisiana’s Bethany-Longstreet field in DeSoto Parish—and is currently drilling the Cason-Dickson 14&23 Nos. 3 and 4 wells (99% working interest) in Red River Parish from a common pad.
