PentaNova Energy Corp., Vancouver, BC, will be renamed CruzSur Energy Corp. after a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital and reorganization of the board of directors.
Director Ralph Gillcrist said the company will concentrate on assets “which will fund core exploration.”
The company has producing, developmental, and exploratory interests in Colombia and Argentina with average first-quarter production, net to its working interests, of 548 boe/d.
