New Fortress Energy Inc. resumed production Aug. 19 at its 1.4-million tonnes/year fast LNG 1 (FLNG 1) unit offshore Altamira, Mexico following a scheduled maintenance outage.
The first LNG cargo occurred Aug. 9, before the planned outage. The FLNG 1 is expected to continue its production increase and will reach full production later this month, the company said.
