The Oil & Liquid Petroleum Gas Terminal is located in the Aqaba Southern Port inside the Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZ) and is under regulatory control of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA).
It is used for importing & exporting crude oil, petroleum products, and chemicals. These are supplied via two jointly used jetties, the Oil Jetty and the LPG Jetty. The operations also include road tankers loading with crude oil and occasionally with petroleum products.
The two jetties and the truck loading together with piping and auxiliary facilities form the Oil & LPG Terminal (Terminal Facilities’) which is owned by ADC to the storage facilities outside the Terminal. The terminal is currently under the management of Aqaba Company for Ports Operation & Management (ACPOM). Current operator of the Terminal Facilities on behalf and under the management of ACPOM is the Jordan Petroleum Refining Company (JPRC).

Important Notes:
- The site visit for applicants will be on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 11:00 am. (In Jordan local time) at ADC’s offices, please send copies of your passport or personal ID for the person who will attend the site visit from your side before January 11, 2026, to arrange the permits to access the site.

- The final date for submitting the offers according to the Tender Document is by hand at Tenders Unit in ADC’s offices before/ on Wednesday March 11, 2026, at 12:00 pm (In Jordan local time).
- A bid bond with a value of (100’000.00) JOD must be included the proposal in a sealed and separate envelope, in the form of a certified cheque or bank guarantee from an operating bank in Jordan, any proposal did not include with a bid bond valid for at least (180) days will be void and overlooked
- As per Stamp and Imports Duty Law No 20-year 2001, fees are required for this bid.
- ADC has the right to cancel the bid or re-tender it again without giving reasons and without this cancellation or re-submission resulting in any financial or legal obligations.
- The bidder must submit, in two separate envelopes, his technical proposal and his financial proposal, including two hard copies and a soft copy of each of the completed deliverables of the bid documents sealed and signed by him. Offers that include any conditions or reservations contrary to the TOR or the bid invitation will not be considered.
