HOUSTON, Apr. 20 -- Holly Energy Partners LP, Dallas, started a nonbinding open season to solicit and measure support from potential shippers for a proposed products pipeline from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas.
Plans call for a 12-in. pipeline extending 400 miles with an initial capacity of 50,000 b/d.
The open season will close May 31.
