Brian Ivany is the President of exploration & production for CAMS. Ivany has supported the acquisitions and divestitures of numerous E&P assets located in the Eagle Ford, Permian and Marcellus basins on behalf of our clients. Ivany who joined CAMS' in 2014 completed CAMS' rotational program where he served within the upstream, midstream, power and renewable departments. Ivany most recently served as a member of the CAMS Business Development team where he was responsible for developing commercially productive relationships and originating strategic investment opportunities across the energy sector. Ivany graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, served five years in the Army and deployed twice to Iraq. Ivany completed his MBA from Georgetown University.

Trent Hrncir 
Vice President, Operations

Trent Hrncir is a Vice President with CAMS and is responsible for all production, land, IT and regulatory functions throughout the department. Trent also leads CAMS’ acquisition and divestiture consulting services. Prior to joining the Company, Trent served as the Director of Finance at Elk River Resources, LLC, a Private Equity (Quantum energy partners - $6.5Bn AUM) backed onshore oil and gas exploration and production company focused in the Permian Basin. Trent also spent over 7 years within KPMG’s assurance and finance group. Trent completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.

Deborah Hyden
Director, Production Accounting, Exploration & Production

Deborah Hyden joined the CAMS E&P team in January 2018, bringing over 20 years of industry experience in the areas of production accounting, marketing, operations, and budgeting. She has served on several software implementation teams and worked with senior management on numerous asset acquisitions. Prior to joining CAMS, Ms. Hyden held senior accounting and marketing positions at Linn Energy, Quantum Resources, Continental Resources, and Ward Petroleum. Ms. Hyden holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and is a licensed CPA in both OK and TX.

Matthew Mott
Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Drilling & Production

Matthew Mott joined Quorum’s Product team in January of 2018, bringing 8 years of experience working with E&P companies in every major US basin to improve their operational data management and reporting practices. He has served as a customer advocate for the entire software lifecycle, from sales, implementation, account management, and asset divestitures. In his current role, he leads the product marketing strategy for Quorum’s well lifecycle reporting and production operations software.
